HKDA x Eaton Club - DanceHub Wellness Workshop & Deepening Series (2025-26)
General Overview
Hong Kong Dance Alliance strives to develop the dance scene and expand its impact on society, with a new partnership with the Eaton Club as Creative Partner, we are thrilled to present this six-part Dance for Health series which demonstrates how dance can serve not only as an artform, but also as a pathway to wellbeing and self-care. Situated at the Langham Place, the series brings together science, movement, and dance practice in a professional setting that encourages dialogue across disciplines. The first season will be led by Dr. Melody Fung and Alice Ma respectively, comprising three workshops; each workshop offers a different entry point into self-compassion — from inner awareness to applied care — making the series both accessible and deeply enriching for professionals, caregivers, and anyone seeking balance.
